OUR VALUES

WE BELIEVE IN CHEESE

It guides everything we do. We believe in its power to foster good will among all, and we strive to prove it every day in our relationships with our customers, partners, team members, and community. Our mission is simple…build a new type of cheese company bonded by the brotherhood of cheese.

WE HONOR OUR ROOTS

Our cheese is made the same way since Eric’s Great Grandpa Fred came here from Switzerland in 1919 (though with a bit more fancy equipment). The milk comes in, cheese makers add the cultures, curd is formed, any seasonings are added, cheese is pressed into blocks and allowed to cure, usually for several months (or sometimes years for aged varieties). The cheese is then cut and wrapped, labeled, and shipped to your door.

WE SWEAT THE DETAILS

None of our products are ever processed or artificial in any way. Just good, old fashioned Wisconsin cheese. Milk is sourced from local family farms who care. Seasonings are always natural and simple, never artificial.

WE’RE PEOPLE, NOT ROBOTS

We hate robotic, impersonal customer service, so we aim to be its antithesis.  We are here for any question you have and we love nothing more than a happy, satisfied customer! We never outsource customer service or take shortcuts here.

DELICIOUS

Trappist ale washed Gouda...absolutely delicious. Have to say probably your best yet. All your cheeses are delicious but you out did yourself with this one. Too bad it's only temporary.

Can't Believe It's Not Here To Stay!

This was, hands down, the best cheese we've gotten from Cheese Bros in the last several years (and we've tried so much!). It ought to make a comeback in the future as a permanent resident in the Cheese Bros family.

Limited Edition?

This cheese was so good! I’m not sure how they did it, but the usual soft Gouda was more like an aged cheddar in texture, but still the yummy goodness of Gouda. It combines two of my favorites. I understand the process takes longer, but I hope they bring it back often.

One of my top three

This Trappiste cheese is in my top three. The first time I tasted it, I ended up eating half the block with a Fuji apple and some crackers. That was my dinner and I enjoyed every bite. I hope you’ll keep making this because I am definitely ordering more. It is so unique and a versatile. Also a nice cheese for gifts, parties, or indulging all to yourself, as I did.
