Shipping Information

We ship using a combination of UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the time of year and the shipping address location. UPS is our default carrier. All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Almena, WI by our rockstar team. Regular orders ship in 1-3 business days. Once shipped, most orders with standard (ASAP) shipping arrive within 1-4 days. You may also select from expedited shipping methods at checkout (UPS 2nd-Day Air and UPS Overnight where applicable). Orders placed with expedited shipping will not ship same-day if they are placed after the shipping center closes for the day at 3 pm central time OR if we are closed, such as over the weekend or on major holidays.

Please contact us before placing your order if you have concerns about when your cheese will arrive.

Our cheeses are safe for long periods in transit under a variety of conditions and temperatures. If temperatures are at or below 60 degrees in your location, our cheese does not need to be shipped with ice packs. If temperatures are above 60 degrees, we ship in an insulated box with ice packs to prevent melting.

Orders to locations requiring ice placed after 12 pm CST on Wednesdays will usually be shipped on the following Monday to avoid getting stuck over the weekend. Orders to locations under 60 degrees are shipped Monday-Friday. All orders take 1-3 days to ship after the order is placed.

Refund and Return Policy

Should you discover any problems with your order, we will make things right. Please notify us of any problems (damaged products, missing or incorrect items, billing problems, etc.) by emailing us at talk@cheesebros.com. If you are reporting a damaged product, please include a photo with your email if possible.

Please notify us of any problems within 30 days of placing your order. We cannot offer refunds and/or replacement goods after that time.
