We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures in your location are above 60 degrees, we ship your order in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment at no additional charge.

Our mission from inception has been to cultivate an approachable type of cheese company– one that utilizes farmers' markets and festivals to share our cheese and connect directly with people.
