    Rich, sharp, nutty, a little sweet; we named this cheese Rhapsody because of the feelings of pure cheese bliss it evokes. Try it with a glass of dry red wine or use it to make the world's best mac and cheese.

Your Cheese Is in Grate Hands!

We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures in your location are above 60 degrees, we ship your order in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment at no additional charge.
