United StatesFirst, customer service. My order was delivered by USPS. Unfortunately the postman put it in the big neighborhood box where it literally cooked for 5 or 6 hours, (even though it was properly packed and clearly labeled as Perishable). I emailed this info to Cheese Bros. And had a full replacement order in 2 days. They could not have been more accommodating. Second, the cheese is DELICIOUS! Best I have ever had. Many kudos to this company.
