We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures in your location are above 60 degrees, we ship your order in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment at no additional charge.

Since going entirely digital, we’ve never lost sight of our commitment to building meaningful connections with our customers and community.
