The Charcuterie Box - IGT

  • When we set out to build a charcuterie pack, we wanted the ultimate in flavor variety. We started with the savory: Americano salami from La Quercia meats and Smoked Gouda. We then added the rich and sharp: 8-year-aged cheddar, the Italian-style Fratello, and our top-seller, Rhapsody. Finally, we topped it off with the sweet: cherry lavender jam from Wisconsin's own Bushel and Peck. A perfect assortment for wine and cheese parties or a gourmet gift.

    Contents:

    • Three 6 oz. blocks of Wisconsin cheese (Dill havarti, Fratello, and smoked gouda, six included in Deluxe Pack).
    • Two 5 oz. blocks of Wisconsin reserve cheese (Rhapsody and 8-Year-Aged cheddar, four included in Deluxe Pack).
    • One 5.5 oz. black peppercorn garlic salami from La Quercia Meats of Norwalk, IA (two included in Deluxe Pack).
    • One 8 oz. jar of Cherry Lavender Jam from Bushel and Peck of Beloit, Wisconsin.
    • Deluxe Pack also includes: One 8 oz. jar of Classic artisan mustard from Mustard and Co., plus one 5 oz. package of Classic White Organic from Potter's Crackers of Madison, Wisconsin
 (currently replacing the Six-Seed crackers.

*Please note we have discontinued the Finocchiona Salami and will be replacing it going forward with the La Quercia Americano Salami

OUR VALUES

Cheese Brothers Tent

WE BELIEVE IN CHEESE

It guides everything we do. We believe in its power to foster good will among all, and we strive to prove it every day in our relationships with our customers, partners, team members, and community. Our mission is simple…build a new type of cheese company bonded by the brotherhood of cheese.

Cheese Brothers Family

WE HONOR OUR ROOTS

Our cheese is made the same way since Eric’s Great Grandpa Fred came here from Switzerland in 1919 (though with a bit more fancy equipment). The milk comes in, cheese makers add the cultures, curd is formed, any seasonings are added, cheese is pressed into blocks and allowed to cure, usually for several months (or sometimes years for aged varieties). The cheese is then cut and wrapped, labeled, and shipped to your door.

Cheese Brothers Rhapsody Cheese

WE SWEAT THE DETAILS

None of our products are ever processed or artificial in any way. Just good, old fashioned Wisconsin cheese. Milk is sourced from local family farms who care. Seasonings are always natural and simple, never artificial.
