Our smokehouse is the pride of our production plant in northern Wisconsin, allowing us to infuse our cheeses with the smoky flavors of a real hickory and applewood fire. This collection highlights the best of our naturally smoked cheeses. Pair them with the included Wisconsin artisan crackers and classic mustard from Seattle's own Mustard and Co, and you'll be in smoky heaven.
